Q: Can I keep my car?
A: Of course, we have plenty of parking and downtown is only half a mile away, the ocean less than five. Most of our residents no longer drive and there are many reliable ways of getting around including our van, a taxi and several organizations that provide drivers.
Q: I have food allergies. Can you cope with that?
A: We are so small that we can easily cook special requests and shop for special requests.
Q: I hate to leave my cat. What can I do?
A: If we have the space, you can bring your pet. We do have some cats that have become long term residents.
